Robert Cote is a member of one of Calgary’s pioneer Real Estate families who began helping people find their ideal home starting in the mid-1920s. Robert continues the philosophy that his father and grandfather began: that Real Estate is all about creating the most exceptional experience possible for clients.
Robert’s grandfather, Clair Cote Sr., owned a successful Real Estate brokerage in Calgary from 1928 to 1956. Clair Sr. was one of the Calgary Real Estate Board’s founding members, and was the first president from 1943 to 1945. Robert’s father, Clair Cote Jr., continued the tradition with PJ Toole & Cote Real Estate, a brokerage that prospered through four decades in Calgary from 1964 to 1992. Clair Jr. was also President of the Real Estate Board in 1974.
Like the generations before him, Robert takes a long-term approach to Real Estate. Many times, Robert’s clients have called him years later to help them again, or to help their children find a home. For him, that’s the ultimate measure of success.
A Wealth of Knowledge
Robert has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise seeing the city grow over the years through the eyes of his Real Estate family. He enjoys sharing that wealth of knowledge with his clients so they can be successful reaching their goals.
Before entering real estate, Robert studied MARKETING AND BUSINESS giving him the appropriate background to start his Real Estate career. Robert has also completed his Real Estate BROKER'S LICENSE. This training goes beyond simply having a Real Estate agent’s license and is a prerequisite to owning your own brokerage.
Robert is a consistent top-producing Re/Max Agent and is a proud member of the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME. Robert is also proud to be a member of Calgary’s MLS MILLION DOLLAR CLUB which recognizes points gained from each real estate transaction. The Million Dollar Club Award is a highly coveted achievement that many Agents strive for. Robert also completed the CCS course through the Calgary Real Estate Board, designating him as a “CERTIFIED CONDOMINIUM SPECIALIST”. Robert believes enhanced Real Estate education ensures smooth, trouble-free transactions for all his clients.

When he received his Real Estate license in 1991, he was the Agent that residents and clients called to buy or sell condominium properties in the Downtown and Eau Claire. Throughout the years Robert has been well connected in the Downtown and Eau Claire community and continues to be a top selling Agent in the area.
